Privacy Policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
This policy covers beachbreakapps.com, the website run by Beach Break Apps in St. Petersburg, Florida. It's short because this site collects very little.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, you give us your name, email address, type of business, and your message. The form doesn't save anything on our servers — it opens your own email app with a note addressed to us, and we only receive it if you send it.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure, and may produce simple visit counts. We don't use advertising trackers.
Who receives it
Emails you send arrive in our inbox, which is hosted by our email provider (Google). Technical visit details are handled by our website hosting provider. No one else receives your information.
How we use it
We use your message only to reply to you and talk about your business's needs. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
Our apps
Each Beach Break app has its own Privacy Policy, linked from inside that app. This policy only covers this website.
Your choices
Want us to delete an email you sent or anything we have about you? Just ask and we'll take care of it.
Florida law, changes and contact
This policy is governed by Florida law. We may update it; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email beachbreakapps@gmail.com.
